Other wholesome ingredients in our gongura achar include mustard seeds, which are one of the richest sources of alpha linolenic acid that forms essential omega fats in our body. We also use curry leaves, which are one of the richest sources of iron, calcium, zinc, selenium, and numerous antioxidants. The refined rice bran oil in our pickle contains Oryzanol content which is a natural antioxidant.
