Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Validity: This promotion is valid for online orders only, from 28 October to 8 November 2026.
2. Minimum Purchase: A minimum grocery purchase of ¥10,000 is required, excluding shipping charges.
3. Choose Your Reward: Customers must select either a 10% Instant Discount OR one Lucky Scratch Card before checkout.
4. One Reward Per Order: Only one reward option and one Scratch Card are allowed per eligible order, regardless of the total purchase amount.
5. Scratch Card Delivery: Scratch Cards will be included in customers' parcels after order confirmation.
6. Guaranteed Reward: Every valid Scratch Card contains a reward. Cards are distributed randomly, and customers cannot choose or exchange their winning prize.
7. Prize Availability: All Scratch Cards and prizes are subject to availability. See the official prize list included in this document.
8. Physical Prize Delivery: Winning gifts will be sent separately by post or courier after verification of the Scratch Card and order details.
9. Cashback Rewards: Verified cashback rewards may be received via PayPay (where available) or redeemed as an instant discount at the time of an eligible purchase. They are not issued as next shopping coupons.
10. Proof of Purchase: Customers must retain their original Scratch Card and online order confirmation for prize verification.
11. Invalid Cards: Altered, counterfeit, duplicate, or unverifiable damaged Scratch Cards may be rejected.
12. Non-Transferable Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for designated cashback rewards.
13. Excluded Products: Purchases consisting only of rice, vegetables, or both are not eligible. Mixed orders containing other eligible groceries may qualify.
14. Coupon Validity and Claim Deadline: Coupons are valid for one-time use only until 8 November 2026. Customers who receive their Scratch Cards after this date may claim their winning rewards until 10 November 2026 (11:59 PM JST). Claims submitted after this deadline may be rejected, subject to applicable consumer law.
15. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancelled or refunded orders may lose their promotional benefits, subject to applicable consumer law.
16. General Conditions: BHARAT BAZAAR reserves the right to verify reward claims and make lawful campaign changes. Customer rights under Japanese law remain protected.
17. Discount Scope: When Option A (10% Instant Discount) is selected on a qualifying mixed order, the 10% discount applies strictly to eligible grocery products in your cart. Products from the Rice and Vegetables categories are excluded from the discount calculation.
