Rasoi Magic Spice Mix – Palak Paneer 45 g
Ingredients
Cashew Nuts, Milk Solids, Iodized Salt, Onion, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Refined Vegetable Oil, Green Chilly, Spices & Condiments.
Cooking Instructions
Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Add spice mix paste and cook till oil separates. Add boiled palak puree, paneer cubes, 2 tbsp butter & cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with roti or rice.
