Masoor Malka (Masoor Whole Without Skin) – 1kg

Masoor Malka (also known as Malka Masoor or Red Split Lentils) refers to whole brown/black masoor lentils that have had their outer skins removed and the inner grain spilt. They feature a distinct reddish-orange color when raw, which softens into a golden yellow hue when cooked. 

Because they lack a tough outer skin, they cook incredibly fast (usually in 15–20 minutes) and do not require prior soaking.
